Since I joined upside down studio I’ve grown so much not just as a dancer, but as a person too. The teacher is really supportive and pushes you to your best , everyone is so encouraging, and it really feels like a family.
It’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I couldn’t imagine dancing anywhere else. 💛

I’ve been taking Lauren’s classes for a few years now and honestly, I don’t think she’ll ever get rid of me. She’s an incredible teacher with much passion for what she does, and manages to be so attentive in caring for all of us and our safety at the same time. Her patience is next-level and she’s the first person who’s ever managed to keep me consistently wanting to show up to class. Because of her, I’ve grown so much in my confidence, technique, and strength and achieved things I never thought I would.
